If upon receiving your order, you are dissatisfied for any reason whatsoever, please return your order in it's original condition and they will reimburse you for the full value of your order. However, they regret that they cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of perishable goods unless they arrive damaged, faulty or not the item ordered.

Working days are Monday to Friday only they do not deliver or process orders on weekends or on bank holidays. For example place your order after 2:30pm on a Friday and your order will be dispatched by them on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
